• Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA): Apply for federal grants, work-study, and loans with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form. Colleges use your FAFSA data to determine your federal aid eligibility. Many states and colleges use FAFSA data to award their own aid.

• Plain Local Schools Foundation Scholarships: For GlenOak seniors only; Deadline February 21, 2024.

• Greater Stark County MLK Jr. Commission Scholarship: $2,000. Five (5) awards available. Stark County residents only. Deadline: November 26, 2023.

• The Dream.US Scholarships: Full tuition scholarships for students with DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program) or TPS (Temporary Protected Status). Deadline: January 31, 2024.

• Charles L. Warren Memorial Scholarship: $1,500. Deadline: February 5, 2024

• Cavaliers Huntington Scholarship Fund: $10,000. Deadline: February 16, 2024.

• LexisNexis HBCU Scholarship: $10,000. Deadline: February 16, 2024.

• First Commonwealth Bank Scholarship Fund: $1,000. Deadline: March 1, 2024.

• The College Club of Canton Scholarship Grant: Amounts vary. Deadline: March 1, 2024

• Canton Lincoln High School Alumni Association Scholarship: $5,000; Check back for updates for 2024. 

• 33 Jordyn Strong Scholarships: $3,300-$5,000; Check back for updates for 2024. 

• Junior Women's Civic Club Scholarship: $2,000; Check back for updates for 2024. 

• Garrett Richards Memorial Scholarship: $521; Deadline: April 15th, 2024

• Stark County Italian-American Festival Foundation Scholarship: For students of Italian descent; Check back for updates for 2024. 

• Stark Community Foundation Scholarships: Deadline: April 1, 2024.

• BBB Life Lessons Essay Contest: $500-$2,500; Deadline: March 2, 2024

• Paul & Carol David Scholarship: $7,000 per year renewable; Stark County Residents only. Deadline: April 15, 2024.

• Plain Township Rotary - Service Above Self Scholarship: Check back for updates for 2024. 

• Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation Scholarship: $500 4-year renewable scholarship to a Northeast Ohio high school senior with a parent or guardian who has been affected by breast cancer. Deadline: June 1 each year.

• Going Merry: A free scholarship search and application platform. Personalized matching. Thousands of scholarships and grants.

• Fastweb: Fastweb is a National Scholarship Database designed to simplify the scholarship search by helping students find millions of scholarships, grants, internships, and financial aid opportunities. Created in 1995, this free scholarship service is the most trusted tool for parents, counselors, and high school and college students in the United States.

• OAR Scholarship Program: $3,000 for students on the Autism spectrum. Opens December 2023.

• Perennial Smiles Annual Scholarship Award: $1,000; Check back for updates for 2024.

• 2023 LEADS! Scholarship: Amounts vary. Check back for updates for 2024. 

• Ohio Oil and Gas Energy Education Program Scholarship: $1,000; Deadline: March 1, each year.

• Tiny Tots Preschool Alumni Scholarship: $500; Check back for updates for 2024. 

• Hudec Dental - Relax. Smile. Serve Scholarship: $1,000-$2,500; Check back for updates for 2024. 

• John, E. Harris III Architectural Scholarship: $1,000; Deadline: April 4th, 2024

• Ohio Gas Association Scholarship: $1,000; Check back for updates for 2024. 

• Unique Club Scholarship Foundation Scholarship: Amounts Vary. Deadline: May 1, 2024.

• Albert S Richardson Engineering Scholarship: $5,000

• Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce: Beese Fulmer's $2,500 Scholarship Contest. Check back for updates for 2024. 

• The Ohio Township Scholarship Program: $1,500. Deadline: January 31, 2024
• Quota International of Massillon Scholarship: $1,500. Deadline: January 1, 2024. For high school seniors who are deaf, hearing and/or speech impaired going into any major field.
• Joseph A. and Rhea Jeffries: $750 scholarship. Deadline: March 22, 2024.
• Medical Mutual Scholarship Fund for Customer Schools: $1,000 or $10,000. Deadline March 13, 2024. Through this program, seniors graduating from Ohio school districts that carry Medical Mutual insurance are now eligible to apply online for a one-time $1,000 scholarship toward college tuition. Additionally, six top applicants across the state will receive a $10,000 award for their outstanding academic and community service efforts.
• Mary Regula Memorial Scholarship: $1,000. Deadline: March 27, 2024.
• Stark County School Counselor Association Scholarship: $500. Deadline: March 20, 2024.

• 2024 AR Products Engineering Scholarship; $5,000 renewable.  Deadline: March 18, 2024. For Canton seniors who are seeking an education and career in Engineering.
