Electronic Forms for 2020-2021

Reminder: Plain Local Schools uses all electronic forms for beginning of the year paperwork for 2020-2021. This will include forms such as emergency medical and student authorization.

You will be receiving an email from FinalForms (from the sender mailman@finalforms.com) in August with login information and steps on how to complete the necessary forms for each of your students. In the meantime if you want to ensure your contact information is correct please call central office at 330-492-3500.
