Schedule Changes

Student Schedules for Grades 5–12

Students in grades 5–12 can view their full class schedules in the Home Access Center starting on August 7, 2026. Families who need help accessing the Home Access Center or resetting a password should contact their child’s school directly during normal business hours. 

Families of students in grades K–4 will receive an Auto Notice through ParentSquare on August 10, 2026, with their child’s teacher information.

Beginning August 10, 2026, families of all students in grades K–12 can also view their child’s full list of teachers in ParentSquare.

Please review the information below before requesting a schedule change.

GlenOak High School | Grades 9–12

All schedule change requests must be submitted by August 17, 2026, using the GlenOak Schedule Change Request Form.

Schedule changes depend on the master schedule and available seats. Some requests cannot be accommodated. Students and parents will be contacted by email or phone if a request cannot be completed.

Schedule change requests will not be accepted after August 17.

Oakwood Middle School | Grades 7–8

Parents requesting a schedule change should email the Oakwood Middle School Counseling Department at owmsguidance@plainlocal.org.

Please include:

• The course the student would like to drop
• The course the student would like to add

Changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability. Students have through the first five days of school to request a schedule change.

Glenwood Intermediate School | Grades 5–6
