Reminder: Plain Local Schools uses all electronic forms for beginning of the year paperwork for 2019-2020. This will include forms such as emergency medical and student authorization. You will be receiving an email from FinalForms (from the sender firstname.lastname@example.org) on August 5 with login information and steps on how to complete the necessary forms for each of your students.
