Plain Local Schools is excited to announce that for the 2018-2019 school year we will be moving to all electronic forms for the start of the school year. This will include forms such as emergency medical and student authorization. You will be receiving an email from FinalForms (from the sender email@example.com) on August 6 with login information and steps on how to complete the necessary forms for each of your students.
