Volleyball Chipotle Fundraiser

Show your team spirit by joining us for a fundraiser to support GlenOak Volleyball. Just come into the North Canton, Main and Applegrove Chipotle on Wednesday, September 3rd, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, and bring in this flyer, show it on your smartphone or tell the cashier and 50% of the proceeds will be donated to the team. Golden Eagle Author Evening

1996 GlenOak graduate Thomas Sweterlitsch will discuss the July 2014 release of his new science fiction book Tomorrow and Tomorrow Thursday September 4, 2014 at 6:00pm at the Plain Community Library Branch on the GlenOak High School Campus (1803 Schneider St NE Canton, Ohio 44720)  The movie rights for this book were bought by Sony Pictures. Sponsored by Plain Community FOL.

1st Annual Stark County 3 on 3 Rock the Rim Tournament 

Are you a basketball player looking for something to do this fall? Grab some friends and sign up for the 1st Annual Stark County ROCK the RIM 3 on 3 basketball tournament. There are opportunities for boys and girls from 3rd through 12th grade and men’s and women’s divisions.


Picture and Schedule Pick up Dates

Scheduled dates and times are available for students to pick up their tentative class schedule [no study halls listed], have their school pictures and student ID taken and pick up yearbooks that were ordered last year. All students will be required to have a photo ID for attendance and lunch purposes.

Counselor Update

In order to better serve our students, the attached changes have been made to our counseling department. 


Alumni Tailgate Party

Join the Plain Local Schools Foundation and Alumni Association for an alumni pre-game tailgate event Friday, September 19, 2014.  The GlenOak Eagles will take on Boardman that night in varsity football action.

We have updated the menu options on the 24 hour attendance phone line to accurately reflect the way in which we have organized student services at GlenOak High School.
